Water Management & Water Features

  • –  Water is the lifeblood of every living system, and the most influential variable in determining the health of your garden.  We pride ourselves on being a water-wise contractor, and offer audits and consultations on irrigation, drainage, water catchment and management.
  • –  We install drip, sprinkler, and subterranean seep irrigation systems that can be fully automated with climate control technology.
  • –  Water features are essential luxuries in a garden, and come in myriad forms.  We install fountains, ponds, outdoor showers, pools, spas and Jacuzzis.

Hardscapes

  • –  Hardscape is like the area rug of your yard as a living space.  It is the clean floor of the garden that invites and provides space for congregation, or allows access and egress to and between elements of your property.
  • –  We install patios, terraces, driveways, entryways, pathways and courts in a variety of materials, including stone, concrete, pavers, tile and gravel.
  • –  Determining the right material for your project requires consideration of the site conditions, knowledge of the strengths and weaknesses of each material and, perhaps most importantly, your functional and aesthetic needs.

Woodworking

  • –  Wood can be one of the richest, most beautiful and, when responsibly used and sustainably harvested, environmentally friendly construction materials.
  • –  We buy from vendors who sell green-certified, reclaimed and recycled wood products, providing us and our clients with the best quality wood available.
  • –  In collaboration with expert carpenters, artists and engineers, we use a variety of soft and hardwoods as well as composite lumber to build decks, fences, arbors, walls, walkways, planter boxes, tree houses and more.

Planting

  • –  Plants bring life to the garden in a variety of sizes, shapes, colors and textures, and are a vital component of any healthy, natural environment.
  • –  We believe in and highly recommend using native and/or drought-tolerant plants to minimize the necessity for costly and potentially harmful inputs such as fertilizers, pesticides and large quantities of water.
  • –  A well planned and planted garden can provide colorful flowers in all seasons; welcome wildlife such as birds, bees and butterflies; and lower your water and energy bills while adding depth and texture to your yard.

Landscape Design

  • –  We are dedicated to designing and creating sustainable landscapes that will enhance not only the lives and health of our clients, but also that of the natural environment in which they live.
  • –  Using our experience in design and construction, we work creatively within the framework of your budget to maximize your yard’s potential.
  • –  Through this collaborative process, we let your needs and wishes guide us in developing a design that will win your complete satisfaction.
